You're ready to evaluate emerging technologies and avail strategic, innovative, and cost-effective solutions that increase efficiency, reliability, and integration of each project's frontend, working in a semi-autonomous environment with prototyping technologies in order to resolve emerging issues promptly. You can communicate effectively with backend developers to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend. You know how to assess and estimate product features.

You're familiar with the full stack and the full software development lifecycle. You're comfortable diagnosing an infrastructure issue and recommending an approach for building frontend components. You're able to build features with low technical debt and reusable code. You can estimate features, suggest alternatives, and deliver on time. You're able to work with the whole team to make sure both client and internal objectives are met.

Let no bug through. You're used to juggling different projects in different phases and aligning priorities to make sure stakeholders know the exact state of a product. You understand how to interpret functionality requirements and user flows. You're able to develop processes around each application that improve the overall product. You have a keen eye for UX and detailed UI issues when testing, and know what "intuitive" is supposed to feel like.

You're able to work with our engineers, product managers, AND the client's expectations to craft an experience that minimizes clients' budget burn but also "wows" end users. You have experience in UX for mobile and web projects, and know how valuable reusable components are. You're comfortable taking the lead during the design phase and know what a successful handoff to dev entails.

You're ready to drive each product to the next level while making sure the project is on budget. Educate clients on the software development process, and empower them to make decisions. You can work with clients in their preferred method of communication, while maintaining internal documentation according to our internal company procedures. You run and lead sprints and project postmortems to inform better processes.
